Introduction
Gas agent management software is a system used to manage the day-to-day operations of gas agents. It can manage all aspects of shipping, billing, customer service, and more. This project was developed by Mayuri K. for advanced computer science students in India. So I thought this would be helpful for a student looking for her senior year project for a gas reservation system project. Gas agent management software was developed with the idea of making agent operations easier and more efficient. This results in better customer service, better fueling efficiency, and more accurate billing. A gas agency management system helps keep your agency on track and more efficient. This project is nothing more than a proposed system for PHP’s Gas Reservation System project. This project is a simple, easy-to-use, and powerful reservation system for gas stations.

The proposed system in PHP’s Gas Booking System project is designed as a software program that allows users to book a preferred time to refuel their car at the nearest gas station. It was designed with convenience and ease of use in mind, solving the problem of finding a nearby station. It’s designed for people who don’t have access to the internet or mobile data on their mobile phones, or who aren’t fluent in English. The proposed system is free for all users and does not require any installation or registration process.
Gas authorities need systems that can handle different aspects of their operations. A gas reservation system provides a solution to this by allowing you to reserve gas, manage your customers, and track your inventory. The software also helps with billing, invoicing, and reporting.

Needs
- Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP.
- Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)
System Installation/Setup
- Open your XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.
- Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
- Copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP’s “htdocs” directory.
- Extract the downloaded gas mark zip file.
- Copy the extracted gas mark folder and paste it into the source code root path.
- Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin
- Create a new database naming gas mark.
- Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as gasmark.sql located inside the database folder.
- Browse the Gas Agency Management System in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/gasmark
